Global Planning Manager-Crocs

Description
SUMMARY:
Crocs Inc. is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to support Global Planning activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
•Provide Global Planning linkage between Regional offices and manufacturing centers, with focused customer service on business and channel priorities
•Support supply chain documentation & standardization efforts with process and procedure documentation
•Support Seasonal sourcing decisions and monthly S&OP process
•Position requires interaction with members of our Asia and Mexico teams during their working hours and the ability to travel internationally
•Support the Supply Chain with delivery of specific data as needed
•Interact closely with users and Global Planning team
•Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements, Knowledge and Experience:
•Must have footwear industry experience in Supply Chain or related area, preferably in planning or procurement areas
•Experience in managing external vendors preferred
•Experience with enterprise inventory and planning systems
•Prior overseas business travel experience, preferably to China
•Applicant must have experience managing teams of 3 or more
•Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel required

You will manage a specific category of materials and will work with internal purchasing, sourcing and planning teams and also external suppliers and manufacturers to coordinate, manage and forecast the availability of materials for transmission and distribution projects company-wide.

Analyze data by utilizing various forecasting and planning models considering economic variables. Developing time-phase forecast to right size corporate inventory levels. Responsible for working with customers, Supply Chain Field Representatives and Storekeepers to set local order points to maximize economic inventory levels.
