PRODUCTION-SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the position is to support Operations through the creation and scheduling of production work orders and inter-related activities such as overseeing inbound and outbound traffic, maintaining accurate inventories on-site and at third party facilities, and coordinating goods transfers to manufacturing partners. There are many opportunities with this position to develop a career that includes progression into senior Supply Chain Management. This position is well suited to someone who is highly motivated and has the drive and enthusiasm in what can be sometimes a very challenging environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Create and maintain Work Orders per MRP recommendations.
-
Manage the creation of inventory items and BOMs in ERP system.
-
Maintain current shortage information on work orders, as needed, working with Purchasing to track status and coordinate reschedules as necessary.

Update information received from 3rd Party Production Facilities regarding WIP/Scrap status reports to operations personnel.

Perform cycle counts as needed at local warehouse and satellite co-packing/3rd Party facilities for customer-owned inventory and report findings as needed.

Ensure inventory adjustments are booked in timely and accurate fashion to adhere to month end close requirements.

Contact vendors to make sure that all required components are shipped and delivered on promised dates.

Inform appropriate personnel of back-orders delays

Maintain records of manufacturer builds, receiving records, damaged goods, and other related items.

Manage inventory levels to ensure requirements for upcoming production.

Perform inventory adjustments as needed. Maintain file with approved inventory adjustment forms, destruction authorization or any other valid back-up documents.

Communicate any adjustments or material substitutions that have an impact on MRP to purchasing and management.

Coordinate with vendors monthly production outlook and work with purchasing to insure POs are generated and work orders are scheduled for completion within Corr-Jensens expectations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
-
Extremely diligent work ethic and attention to detail

Fluent English written and spoken
-
Familiarity with ERP. NetSuite experience preferred

Proficient Technology Skills. Highly skilled in MS Office, emphasis on Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)

1-3 years’ experience in a relevant industry

Experience in consumer packaged goods industry a plus

Location: Denver, CO with estimated travel up to 10% to off-site locations
