What you’ll be doing


In this role, you will support engagements with business unit stakeholders, execute supplier and category management strategies for Indirect categories, maintain category plans and support supplier performance management. You will also work closely with the sourcing, contract and intelligence/ analytics team in executing the category management process.


Specifics

  • Develop key stakeholder relationships and maintain business stakeholder engagement;
  • Work with business stakeholders in executing category-specific and buying channel strategies;
  • Apply category management savings levers including demand management, process improvement and total cost management;
  • Implement supplier and category management methodologies, procedures, and processes for relevance, efficiency and performance;
  • Assist in qualifying suppliers including preferred supplier program management;
  • Conduct market research as directed by the Supplier and Category Management lead;
  • Monitor supplier performance and score card reporting, risk, and continuous improvement;
  • Enforce compliance to DISH Wireless standards and policies and ensure that all business transactions are moral and ethical.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college;
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in area of as strategic sourcing, contract management, procurement, commodity management, supplier relationship management and business analysis;
  • Industry experience preferred;
  • Experience in market and commodity research and techniques and a general understanding of contracts;
  • Experience with relevant office software (e.g. ERP systems including Oracle, database management, MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote);
  • Experience with using Source to Pay technology and digital tools desired.

Compensation: $64,800.00/Yr. - $89,400.00/Yr.

Logistics and Stockroom Manager – Boulder, CO

Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) sets the standard for cleanroom contamination monitoring. With more than 60 patents, we create the technology that enables our customers to make fact-based decisions, improve process yields and comply with ever-changing regulatory requirements.

The Role

The Logistics and Stockroom Manager is responsible for managing the flow of all finished product which include: production and inbound shipments receipts, customer shipments, interplant shipments, inter-warehouse shipments, and maintaining control of all inventory on-site including ingredients, packaging, and work in progress. Supervises employees in support of storage and shipping functions and outlying functions of quality inspections, equipment/facility maintenance, and warehouse sanitation.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees in safe and efficient finished product warehousing, outside storage, special packaging, and all inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure all inventories on hand are handled properly in SAP throughout the reconciliation process and month-end closing
  • Manages flow of finished products away from production operations
  • Maintain dock and storage facilities in an organized manner
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety standards
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer order
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness goals in regards to shipping/receiving
  • Act as logistics SME, comply with all applicable laws/regulations and ISO requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of production/warehouse management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong SAP/ERP/WM/Master Data abilities strongly preferred. Experience with warehousing programs required
  • 2-5 years of proven experience managing inventory and order reconciliation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or related strongly preferred
  • Superb people skills in mentoring, coaching/counseling, motivation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision making abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities including presentation skills with recommendations and data
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement, provide accurate reporting, and utilize data
  • Experience in project management, lean, and continuous improvement environments strongly preferred
  • CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or related credential strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of IFS preferred

Pay Range

$65,000-100,000 depending upon experience

How we determine what we pay (compensation philosophy)

Particle Measuring Systems determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for the Boulder, Colorado area. We will evaluate external equity, which is the relative marketplace job worth of jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.

For new hires, we to make competitive offers between the minimum and around the midpoint of the range. This allows the new employee room for future merit increases during review cycles. There may be times when we will offer above the midpoint. The decision to do so will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and the compensation rates of the employees within the company doing the same position.

You will be leading the Contract Management team in managing and administering the lifecycle of DISH Retail Wireless supplier contracts. In addition, you will be working with business stakeholders in developing contract disposition strategies and identifying opportunities that will deliver benefits to DISH Wireless.


In this role you will be expected to:

  • Understand supplier contracts that are currently in place and support internal stakeholders in retrieving relevant contracts details
  • Develop and implement the overall DISH Retail Wireless contract management strategy
  • Leverage existing policies and procedures and/or set-up contract administration policies and procedures for effective contract lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with Legal in developing a set of standard contract templates for different types of supplier agreements
  • Receive from Sourcing team the contract draft (with business requirements, terms and service level expectations) and facilitate approval and execution of contracts
  • Proactively monitor contract amendments, extensions or renewals and close-out as appropriate
  • Working with Sourcing Managers, review suppliers’ contractual performance to ensure compliance with terms and identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution during contract renewal negotiations
  • Work with Supplier & Category Management and Supplier Intelligence/Analytics teams to provide input in the development of contract management and performance metrics and dashboard reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all supplier agreements in DISH Retail Wireless’ contract management tool Conga
  • Provide support in vendor relationship management, escalation and dispute resolution as needed
  • Maintain contract management methodologies, procedures, and processes for relevance, efficiency and performance
  • Monitor the contract management team’s resource capacity to optimize service delivery to all stakeholders
  • Coach and manage contract management team performance and professional development, in line with company’s policies and objectives
  • Participate in the development of departmental plans for specific strategic priorities
  • Enforce compliance to DISH Wireless standards and policies and ensure that all business transactions are moral and ethical

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
  • 5+ years of contract management experience at senior level or combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience working on different types of contracts
  • Industry experience preferred

DISH Wireless is seeking a Vendor Manager - Asset Partners for our nationwide 5G wireless network deployment. The Vendor Manager - Asset Partners will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic real estate asset providers. This position will work closely with our headquarters leadership team and market deployment teams to ensure all stakeholders understand the master lease agreements, associated processes, rates, etc… This role will require some travel.


Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to the leadership team on all things related to DISH’s master lease agreements and large asset provider portfolios
  • Support master lease negotiations and act as primary headquarters point of contact for strategic asset providers and our market deployment teams
  • Establish and track performance KPI’s for all strategic asset partners
  • Develop communication plans for strategic asset partners and our market deployment teams to ensure all stakeholders are aware of current processes and standards associated with our asset partners
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders and support market teams if/when disputes arise with our asset partners in the markets
  • Establish and maintain recurring portfolio reviews with asset partners to ensure our market deployment teams have access to current structure information at all times
  • Communicate status and issues at various levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner
  • Anticipate tactical challenges and develop contingency plans for controlling costs and maintaining market deployment schedules
  • Establish strong rapport with stakeholders across the headquarters organization and our field deployment teams to understand needs and provide support in a timely manner
  • Support the establishment of systems, process, and tools, inclusive of the creation of a national database to facilitate communication plans, performance management, etc...

The successful Vendor Manager - Asset Partners will have:

  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8 – 10 years or more of telecom industry experience required
  • Previous experience with successful management of macro site builds in a greenfield environment preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise with master lease agreements & tier 1 tower companies
  • Previous experience managing vendor/partner relationships
  • Knowledge of site development processes from candidate selection thru leasing, zoning & permitting, to construction, installation & testing, and project closeout
  • Previous experience with budget management
  • Strong problem-solving skills

What you’ll be doing


Reporting to the Head of Global Supply Chain – Retail Wireless, you will lead the Supplier and Category Management team and outline long-term strategy for optimizing our end-to-end value chain. You will:

  • Develop the Supplier and Category Management team and guide the strategies for indirect spend categories
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Contract Management, and the Intelligence/Analytics teams to execute the overall Category Management process

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Work with business stakeholders to build and apply category specific and buying channel strategies
  • Build trusting relationships with senior level leadership, understand and capture stakeholder needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Consistently evaluate category processes for efficiency and functionality
  • Define supplier performance expectations and manage accountability, including improvement requirements, corrective actions, business reviews, and identification of risks that may influence supplier performance
  • Identify and apply initial savings levers for demand, process, and total cost management

A successful Manager of Supply & Category Management will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college, preferably in Supply Chain Management or other relevant business degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, procurement, commodity management, supplier relationship management or business analysis
  • In depth knowledge of category management best practices
  • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success
  • Strong leader with demonstrated success managing individual contributors
