Planner II- RMO, Denver, CO
PLANNER II
RMO, Inc. (Rocky Mountain Orthodontics) is an internationally known manufacturer of orthodontic appliances headquartered in Denver, CO. We are a privately owned company and have been in business for 81years! We currently have an opening for a Planner II.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Communicating the requirements of raw materials and purchased items to the purchasing department to assure timely requisition of materials.
Scheduling and releasing of work orders
Balancing work center loads with capacities to assure customer and company requirements are satisfied in a timely manner.
Responsible for managing, establishing, reviewing and maintaining the master schedule for selected items.
Continually monitor lead times, time fences and lot sizes to ensure manufacturing orders are being executed in the most efficient and cost effective day.
Review output of MRP daily and confirm all system generated planned orders. Also review customer sales orders and backorders daily and adjust production sequence in order to get backordered products to customers as quickly as possible; provide management expected stock dates.
Interfaces with all departments to identify and resolve constraints.
Education / Skill Requirement:
Associates Degree is required. APICS certified required. Five or more years work experience in a Manufacturing and/or Distribution environment with MRP operating experience. Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, math skills, statistics, proofreading and problem solving skills are required. Ability to initiate and maintain teamwork is also required.

Manager, Material Management-Denver CO
Manager, MM System Operations Join our Materiel Management team at our growing health system’s Diamond Hill headquarters in beautiful Denver, CO.
SCL Health System operates eight hospitals, four safety net clinics, one children’s mental health center and more than 100 primary care and specialty care practices. We are a multi-state, not-for-profit, faith based health system with more than 15,000 associates and about $2.2 billion in gross revenues. We’re positioning ourselves for growth and expansion, so it’s an exciting time to join us in this key role.
You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining technology processes for Materiel Management (MM), Accounts Payables, which includes (but not limited to) operations, maintenance, development and security of the operating system, e-commerce and web deployed information solutions. You’ll also perform project management, assign resources and monitor timelines and milestones related to major department information systems projects, as well as manage all MM information projects and initiatives for SCL Health System in coordination with STSC. In addition, with EPIC/Optime experience/knowledge required, you’ll ensure that Physician Preference Cards are updated and current by maintaining the data integrity between the Lawson system and the Stock Dictionary in OpTime, as well as ensure that the files stay synchronized, current, and that changes to the Stock Dictionary are pushed to the Physician Preference Cards. Requirements include the following:
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration or related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Experience should include 3-5 years in MM Info Systems Management and five years in healthcare Materiel Management.
- Three years’ EPIC/Optime working knowledge
- Competency with basic spreadsheet and word processing programs (Microsoft Suite) and MMIS systems.
- Three years’ experience in a supervisory capacity, experience in healthcare setting, financial/ accounting background and competency with Microsoft Access are all preferred.
