For our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking an Executive Assistant - Supply Chain to help us achieve the growth needed to continue moving our organization to even larger levels! The incumbent plays a key role in providing executive administrative and project support to the SVP.
Responsibilities
- Manages and coordinates the administrative and logistical details associated with the day to day operations of the Executive.
- Coordinates travel arrangements including special international travels needs as they arise which may include: obtaining passports, visas, necessary country information, and health regulations.
- Processes and audits expenses for executive and direct reports to ensure departmental activities are conducted within established budgets.
- Initiates department’s new hire processes to ensure all systems and technology are available for new employees.
- Maintains the security of the executives’ records and files (both electronic and paper).
- Organizes and coordinates logistical arrangements and oversees planning and financial accountability for division and department meetings and events.
- Attends department staff meetings, prepares agenda, circulates minute notes, and ensures action item follow ups for each meeting.
- Arranges and compiles weekly departmental reports by printing, sorting and distributing to SVP and necessary department leaders.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of administrative-related work experience with 3+ years of supporting an executive level position.
- Experience with Office365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); and can adequately troubleshoot questions.
- Experience with different office equipment, including printers, copiers and fax machines.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Holds a Notary Public designation (or is eligible to obtain such designation) preferred.

What you’ll do:
- Perform compliance reviews of purchase orders and subcontracts

Buyer/Supply Chain Analyst-Emerson

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all in-bound traffic that supports the company’s global supply chain management strategy
- Provide support to internal and external customers including logistics arrangement, shipment tracking, proof of delivery, damages, and expediting shipments
- Work with custom brokers to clear goods and coordinate all international freight movements to support import compliances
- Work with Emerson Traffic team to track and measure carriers’ performance
- Proactively communicates with multiple functional groups and may interact with suppliers
- Develop, implement and maintain work procedures and instructions for inbound freight movement
- Places orders for designated commodities
- Ensures quality, delivery, and costs are consistent with overall management objectives
- Identifies and resolves moderately complex problems; recommends action to resolve problems requiring upper management
- Administers purchasing per established purchasing procedures
- May be responsible for material planning/coordination and support of production schedules
- Supports company objectives in areas of quality, delivery, inventory and cost goals. Proposed actions on complex assignments involving high financial impact are reviewed by Supply Chain Manager
- Provides price and availability forecasts
- Ensures a competitive and technologically competent supplier base
- Recognizes market opportunities and recommends alternatives to ensure price containment or reduction; actively searches out alternative processes, suppliers and materials in an effort toward continuous improvement
- Possesses a basic cost knowledge of technologies, processes and industry trends within commodity responsibilities
- May serve as a focal point representing the materials group in product line projects
- Supports the development of the procurement team through training and development of coworkers, sup-porting a positive and safe environment, development of work instructions and department procedures. Maintains conduct consistent with company policy, accepted practice and applicable state and federal regulations

- APIC, ISM or accredited Supply Chain organization certification highly preferred.

The Headlines:
In the role of Customer Supply Chain Performance Analyst working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Customer Supply Chain Organization. You will contribute to the annual development of the Customer Supply Chain scorecards based on Customer Supply Chain Safety, People, Quality, Service, Cost & Sustainability objectives. This role adds value creation through providing metrics that guide gap analysis and improvement initiatives for all of Customer Supply Chain, including the MillerCoors distribution, distributor, carrier and supplier networks. Finally, you will develop metrics and conducts analysis of key product supply indicators, providing recommendations for areas of focus and improvement.
This position reports to the Manager, Customer Supply Chain Performance and Inbound Logistics and works closely with appropriate stakeholder groups including CSC, brewery personnel, distributors, suppliers and carrier representatives.
The Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reporting of all measures tied to CSC scorecards including key performance indicators with provided recommendations for areas of focus and improvement.
- Supports creation of reporting mechanism and strategy to proactively identify potential financial deficits that impact the budget, as well as root causes that explain any radical swings in data, helping to reduce overall costs and improve service for all CSC department scorecard metric alignment.
- Drive and support delivery of reporting and data tool solutions for assigned business function/team (through self servicing tools, automation and/or other efficient centric delivery of data methods).
- Identify, define, collect, understand, and track key business metrics for new and existing initiatives.
- Partners with appropriate stakeholder groups including CSC, brewery personnel, distributors, suppliers and carrier representatives to test and leverage system functionality, what/if scenarios, and reporting mechanisms.
The Other Qualifications:

- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or IT
- You have five years transportation/logistics, preferably in the beverage industry and/or consumer products. Experience to include Analytics, with a focus on Financials. Experience within SAP software packages is desirable.
- You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
