Materials Manager

Job Description : Job Title: Materials Management Manager Duration:  12 Months Location: Englewood CO 80112     Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5-8 years materials management experience, prefer manufacturing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• 3+ years Supervisory/management experience

  Responsibilities:

• Material Operations is responsible for the management of material inventory levels to ensure that raw material components and manufactured products are available when needed to satisfy the plant and customer requirements.
• Responsibilities include the planning and procurement of material components to minimize obsolescence and overstock situations while achieving maximum customer service levels.
• Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product.
• This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc.
• Will be responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
