WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Denver office is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to play a key role in production planning for drive system component operations, production scheduling and inventory management to support global production operations and communicating with domestic/overseas vendors. They will work closely with the Commercialization/Supply Chain Manager to produce product on a timely basis to meet fast paced growing customer demand. The ideal candidate will bring an exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow over the length of their tenure. The successful candidate for this position will be strong at analytical skills and thinking, collaborative by nature, have the ability to think creatively, and be comfortable tackling specific problems pertaining to supply chain management.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze customer demand to coordinate the flow of products from multiple vendors to the consolidation warehouse for customer pickup, while maintaining inventory at desired level
  • Communicate with vendors using collaborative cloud-based software to share data that ensures prioritization and on-time delivery
  • Responsible for assembly scheduling and collaborating with assembly line supervisor to manage assembly line operations
  • Maintain customs documents for assembly line operation
  • Work with the transportation and customs compliance teams for freight quotes, expediting, and tracking of essential goods for operations
  • Assist customer service and other supply chain analysts in conveying the delivery of products and relay any potential delays to the customer
  • Report on key KPIs to help the Mobility team identify trends and meet annual goals

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field from an accredited institution required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related Supply chain experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence with and without authority.
  • Excellent IT skills: strong Excel experience with developing graphs, linked spreadsheets, pivot tables and Excel formulas required. Microsoft Access skills preferred.
  • Comfort working with large datasets to deliver comprehensive insights.
  • Manufacturing industry knowledge preferred.
  • Familiarity of Oracle ERP / Value Chain Planning (VCP) preferred.
  • Mandarin language skills or International business (China/Taiwan) experience preferred
  • Ability to provide creative solutions in difficult scenarios.
  • Possess a passion working with and learning from individuals from various countries/cultures.
  • Experience running projects while maintaining progress against established timelines and quality guidelines.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
