The Headlines:
In the role of Team Lead Procurement working in Golden, CO, you will be part of the Finance Department in Brewery Operations. You will define, implement, and manage all aspects of brewery procurement and storeroom operations.

This position reports to the Plant Controller and works closely with Operational Teams.

The Responsibilities:

• Implementing sourcing strategies
• Supplier management
• Lead the procurement function
• Oversee the operation of storerooms
• Support capital projects and associated spares

The Other Qualifications:

• Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or supply management OR equivalent experience within procurement
• You have at least 5+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing with a purchasing background
• CPM/CPMS certification preferred
• You have previous leadership experience
• You possess advanced SAP and Excel skills
