Summary

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for managing a team of Analyst/Developers currently supporting demand planning business requirements via Anaplan or as primary project lead in the development of new business analytical solutions to integrate communications and data analysis within and between departments. In this role, you will lead successful transformation in the way we do business by identifying and combining data to provide meaningful and fluid information and reports to our operations. An ideal candidate will utilize an in-depth knowledge of business objectives, data relationships, and creative capacity in order to implement end-to-end solutions that build value for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Management and development of team of Anaplan analysts/developers
  • Devising innovative and creative ways of building business models that integrate different data sources together in meaningful ways
  • Delivery and implementation of multiple end-to-end projects
  • Breaking down complex issues into manageable pieces to build analysis models and multi-dimensional dashboards
  • Drive enterprise business awareness and acceptance
  • Guide business in best-in-class planning solutions
  • Document requirements for new analytical model functionality and enhancements to existing model functionality
  • Prioritizing tasks to business needs
  • Development of end-user training aids on using the models and analysis procedures
  • Providing day-to-day support, maintenance, design, and trouble-shooting to improve, advance, or simplify company business processes

Qualifications:

A successful Business Analyst/Developer will have the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience working on Anaplan and other related products
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Exposure and technical knowledge of architecture solutions
  • Highly motivated problem solver that is a tenacious learner, intellectually curious, and excited about learning new technologies
  • Strong business analytical skills and a strong aptitude for multi-dimensional modeling tools
  • Experience creating solution tools utilizing multiple sources of data
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with management, executives, and a large spectrum of different stakeholders including but not limited to Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, etc.
  • Anaplan Certified Solution Architect preferred
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain or Finance is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
