We are seeking an entry-level Procurement Specialist with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to assist in purchasing materials, supplies, and services in order to support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. What to look forward to: As a Procurement Specialist, you will be using your skills and expertise to purchase materials, supplies, and services on the most favorable terms for the organization. You'll be responsible for qualifying our vendors, monitoring our vendor quality, evaluating bids, negotiating prices and terms for purchased goods and services, tracking purchases, and maintaining a current database of our vendor information.

Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Basic accounting skills
Experience with Material Management Software

Preferred:
Familiarity with Cost Point
Knowledge of basic procurement process
Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance
Security Clearance preferred, not required. Learn more about the background check process for Security Clearances
