Function of the position:

• Ensures accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a regular basis following appropriate guidelines.
• Prepare & update all required paperwork for vendor products & ensure accuracy in all inventories & resolve any issues in same.
• Monitor all procurement requests of facilities & ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory & maintain records for same.
• Coordinates with the purchasing department with regards to incoming deliveries of raw materials & finished goods.
• Administer all return shipments of customers in case of any shortages & damages; communicate same to manufacturer.
• Monitor work of all warehouse personnel & ensure achievement of all objectives & provide improvements to same if required.
• Determine & ensure optimal security of all materials & arrange for all shipments as per requirement.
• Monitor & ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions & maintain records of all stockroom locations.
• Monitor all inventory control processes & documents all procedures to maintain all equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree desired
• 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting preferred
• Warehouse and manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and people skills
• Effective written/oral communication skills
• APIC certification desired
• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards required
• Demonstrated written and oral communications skills
• Knowledge of processing materials in an ERP system
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
