About the Job:
We have an amazing opportunity in our Broomfield, CO office for a dynamic Analyst, Capital Processes.

• Support the Engineering team during planning and execution of project capital and expense budgets

• Create capital and expense budgets and manage spend based on company targets
• Support the Senior Manager of Capital Processes as well as the Engineering Directors during the planning, execution and closing phases of projects
• Support business units with large capital cases
• Manage and coordinate with Project Analysts in reporting the budget follow up and managing/forecasting the Capex and expenses related with engineering projects
• Coordinate between engineering and finance on forecast and reporting
• Assist with the planning and controlling of the project budgets for each manufacturing facility
• Coordinate with accounting fixed assets team to explain discrepancies in month end close process, along with aiding in the tracking of in-service schedules of capital assets

1. Budget Planning and Control
   a) Assist the engineers in the development and submission of eCARs. This includes collaboration in the creation of budget and cash flow estimates as well as completion of payback analysis.
   b) Ensure ADC, ADF Capex tracked accurately and on time
   c) Review project budgets to ensure they are under control and according to forecast
   2. Project Tools
   a) Maintain One Pager, Proforma and all Capital documents and processes up to date.
   b) Ensure that project documentation conforms to Danone / Dannon standards
   3. Asset Control
   a) Ensure that costs are tracked accurately and allocated properly to each project
   4. Project Expenses
   a) Ensure project expenses forecasted and tracked accurately and manage budget accordingly.
   5. Project Closure
   a) Ensure timely close of each project
   b) Ensure accurate costs assigned to the correct assets as part of Placed in Service (PIS) process.

About You:

• You have a Bachelor of Science in Finance
• You have a strong analytical and project management skills
• You have project engineering, plant or manufacturing experience
• You are highly organized and able to track multiple projects at several sites
• You are earning agility / comfortable in a fast-paced and highly flexible environment
• Excellent MS office and Excel skills
• Experience building P&Ls
• Able to work independently and at the same time work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in the technical as well as the finance aspects of projects
