The Headlines:
In the role of a Materials Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee WI or Golden, CO you will be part of the Customer Supply Chain team. This person will support the planning and execution of packaging materials in a fast paced and challenging consumer packaging environment
This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Materials Planning and works closely with our breweries and the Supply Planning team.
The Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally with breweries, customer service, supply planning and the transportation/logistics teams on all packaging related to new product introductions, promotions, and graphics changes
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to create efficiencies and streamlined/automated processes
- Maintain operational data, metrics and reporting
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the rest of the material planning and supply planning teams
The Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Business required
- Excellent PC skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook)
- 2+ Years work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & consumer goods industries
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
- You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
