Materials Planning Analyst
|
Support the planning and execution of packaging materials in a fast paced and challenging consumer packaging environment. Work cross functionally with breweries, customer service, supply planning and the transportation/logistics teams on all packaging related to new product introductions, promotions, and graphics changes. Drive process improvements and system enhancements to create efficiencies and streamlined/automated processes. Maintain operational data, metrics and reporting as well as provide ad-hoc analytical support to the rest of the material planning and supply planning teams. Qualifications Qualifications: · 1-5 Years work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Consumer Goods industries. · Bachelor’s Degree Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Business required. · Must possess supply chain management skills preferably in consumer goods. · Working knowledge and understanding of interdependencies of production and capacity planning, scheduling processes, distribution methods, inventory management, network optimization, material flow, planning, forecasting, transportation, distributor operations, sales, marketing and budgets. . · Excellent PC skills required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, MS-Outlook). · Analytical skills are a must. · Candidate should demonstrate initiative, thoroughness, and proven ability to communicate effectively across different levels · Optimal candidate would also have Material Requirements Planning (MRP) SAP experience, including a transformation project experience. · This role will be in a business environment that will be going through Business Transformation efforts in the next 18 months.
